That's true. It also seems to me that the events need to be used
a little more carefully. E.g., currently, the first player that
conquers the abandoned outpost gets the train. However, the trigger
for the other player is not disabled, so if he conquers the outpost
at any later time, he will get a train, too. Now, this might be
what's atually intended, but it doesn't seem to make a lot of
sense to me. (Leaving aside for the moment that being given a
train in a completely different part of the map when taking a
shop seems pretty arbitrary in the first place. To me, this
makes it more of a lottery than a strategy game ;-)).
