The Quicklogic ql6600 of the Eclipse series has a
"power- on" reset of all on chip FF's. Somewhere in the 9600 count.
I am counting on that in my design of the ERIN32. Plus the SSRAM I am
using from Cypress requires an external reset of its Control Register - will
provide this from the "Power-ON" Boot load process.
