I'm not sure which files you mean...

My latest sources are on seul (new/fcpu-mr-20011127.tar.gz).
The wrapper scripts for wine are no longer needed with Simili 2, and
the wrappers I use for running Simili 2 on my (kinda unusual) system
obviously aren't needed anywhere else.
