But that's precisely the point -- we don't want to lose people who would
otherwise be reliable server operators, just because they don't like
some fraction of the documents on the system.
This gives them an easy way to be a server but also have a dynamic
opt-out feature.
Am I being naive, and we should just give up on getting useful work out
of such people?
