gEDA-bug: [Bug 715503] [NEW] attributes in gsymfix.pl are incorrect

gsymfix.pl script incorrectly sets some attributes. According to 'Master
Attribute Document' "device" and "footprint" attributes should be set to
'none' or 'unknown'.
