I am a bit puzzled by these parts....the value (e.g. "7404") is embedded into
them as text.
Wouldn't it make more sense to have the value..ah, as a value attribute?
Which gets promoted upon placement. And can be altered by the user to read
e.g. '74ALS04' or '74LS04' as the case may be.
Or, alternatively, have no text label and no value in the library part, and
leave it up to the user to assign one after placement?
