No, the GTK HID uses gpcb-menu.res for menus..

I don't think support for arbitrary mouse bindings is included. (Sorry,
I've not got the source-code up to check right now).

Probably requires digging in the GTK HID's code.. perhaps around:
src/hid/gtk/gui-output-events.c

Even better, would be implementing support for arbitrary mouse bindings
read from gpcb-menu.res.
