gEDA-user: outline in .ps output

When I export a PCB to a .ps file with the "outline" option selected
it draws the outline on the "front" and the "back" pages, but it does
not draw it on the "frontassembly" and "backassembly" pages. Is there
a way to get pcb to draw the outline on these two pages?

PCB version is 20081128.
