Have you tried the options below ()

stefan@AMD64-X2 ~ $ pcb -h

 --ben-mode                    	Ben Jackson mode
 --ben-flip-x                  	Show reverse side of the board,
left-right flip
 --ben-flip-y                  	Show reverse side of the board, up-down
flip
