gEDA-user: PCB DRC hysteria

I have PCB 20060321 and it got a hysteric fit during DRC.

Load the attached file. Do DRC. It will find a problem and ask you
"Press OK to continue checking.". Now you can press both [Cancel] and
[OK] and it will continue checking in both cases.

Normally [Cancel] stops checking and [OK] continues checking. 

I get the same problem. It doesn't happen all the
time though. I think it only happens when the
current DRC error relates to clearance around a
via or track.
