gEDA-user: Example of ground-plane autorouter bug

Hello,

if someone is interested to verify or investigate the problem of
pcb (PCB version 20060422) with ground-planes and autorouter
usage:

A small example of a pcb-file is available at

http://www.ssalewski.de/board.pcb
http://www.ssalewski.de/board.net

It is using newlib footprints from
http://www.luciani.org/geda/geda-index.html

If you can load the example into pcb and start autorouter, then
you should see the problem: Autorouter produces shortened nets
if a groundplane exists. My current solution is to let
autorouter route traces on top side of pcb-board, but exclude
GND-traces. Then I draw the ground-plane and connect GND-traces
by hand to this plane. This way I have created a simple
testboard -- hope this procedure will work with my real board
too.

Best regards

Stefan Salewski
