I’ve just installed the cygwin port of gEDA, and get
the following error when I run ‘gschem’ after startx: $ gschem gEDA/gschem version 20060123 gEDA/gschem comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; see COPYING
for more details. This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute
it under certain conditions; please see the COPYING file for more details. No fonts found; this probably means that the fontconfig library is not correctly configured. You may need to edit the fonts.conf configuration file. More information about fontconfig can be found in the fontconfig(3) manual page and on http://fontconfig.org --- Any idea what can be wrong and how to fix it? Fontconfig
seems to be installed correctly (fonts.conf appended below). Many TIA, Craig <?xml version="1.0"?> <!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd"> <!-- /etc/fonts/fonts.conf file to configure system font
