It's the pcb-menu.res file.  You copy parts of menu.res you want to 
modify from main file in /opt/pcb/ ummm... I don't have that computer
turned on at the moment...  the main installation dir.  You put a 
pcb-menu.res file in your working dir and you get the changes there.
