In addition to manually setting the onsolder flag, you can do pads on
both sides with the GUI too. Just place the lines or rectangles on first
second layer. When you copy them to the buffer and do "convert-buffer-to-
element", the items on the first layer will become pads on top, while the
items on the second layer will be on bottom. There should be a slight
difference in color.
