I think the problem is in the footprints. For to TO-18 I wrote TO-18 and I'm thinking gsch2pcb is getting stuck there.

Are you using newlib (file type) or M4 footprints? I rename the directory
for the M4 stuff and only use newlib footprints that I create.
Does gsch2pcb stop at a point and tell you the results of it's job?
