If I set both of the refdes to J1 then I only get one footprint in the PCB
but I still don't get any nets attached to it.

My .net file has entries in it for J1 as follows:

	ISA_RESET#      U8-18 U7-18 U6-18 U9-19 U2-35 J1-B2

Under Element(0x00000000 "pc104" "J1" "unknown" 200 0 3 100 0x00000000) in
the .PCB file is:

        Pin(500 350  60 30 "B2" 0x00000000)

So I'm still confused!
