I didn't think of the GTK method, but the pcb built in menu definition method
that can be used with any HID.  It worked the last time I made a board.  I'm
making another soon and will find out about the latest code, but for now,
I hope you're not meaning there's a problem with pcbmenu.res file menu definitions.
