that's 345 Mega bits/sec! Can you compress it and then expand at other end
with your hardware?

H.264 (which you snipped) is a standard for compressed video.  Sampled composite video is not likely to be easy to transmit as you have pointed out.  That is why no one does it digitally outside of a wire.
