  Indeed, me too.  I generally prefer free software over commercial 
stuff specifically because the quality is usually better.

  Yep.  I've had far better support with free software than with 
commercial stuff for as long as I can remember.

  Many people seem to have forgotten that this world of computing 
started out with most software being freely available and open.
