Added symbol contrib page...

 Ales, may I make the suggestion that the Symbol Contrib Page is marked 
clearer on the Tools page?  It took me a bit of poking around to find it, 
want to save others the time.

The Symbol Contribution Page is under the Symbol page, under the Tools page,
which makes sense once you find it...

Are uploaded Symbols available for immediately download or does that require 
some manual intervention on your part?
