If it were filed in the bug tracker, there might have been - we've been
going over it quite a lot whilst preparing the 1.4.2 and 1.5.1 releases.
It would be a good idea to get it filed, if it is still present.

I can confirm that your title block works fine in the cairo branch
(which means that it will be fine in 1.5.1).

I just built and tested it with 1.4.2, and its broken - which is
somewhat of a mystery. I'll see if I can discover what fixed it between
1.4.2 and 1.5.1, and add to the list of things to backport in 1.4.3.

(Or run 1.5.1 if you want if fixed ASAP!)
