What does your tool do on a renumber run, when it comes across
symbols with the same refdes? The current version of refdes_renum 
Attaches separate numbers to all of them. This is of cause bad, 
since equal refdeses were probably deliberate. Not that this may 
happen without slotting. E.g if power pins are put in a symbol
of their own.
