Yes... And the thing is, for example if you want to have a line between
two IC pin, and one (or bouth) pin(s) are thermal connected, that line
will be short-circuited. Which is bad. Moreover, drc does not see
this... If I'm right.

Can one do somehow thermal connection with PADs?

And still... dead pollygons are not checked against DRC, and cleard too.
These are my wishlist to PCB.
