I use a third fab type, which insist to me to do it. When I made the printouts 
by myself, I have to create a drill file which corresponds to the panel. 
What I do is to copy the board multiple times (unchecking the Require Unique 
Names) and gerenerate printouts and gerber files to use the plated drill 
file.
