Hmmm, pcb just happens to be the most popular backend to gschem?

I got the impression, that pcb is part of the geda project.
from http://geda.seul.org/index.html:
/--------------
|What is gEDA?
[...]
|Currently, the gEDA project offers [...] schematic capture, attribute
|management, [...] and printed circuit board (PCB) layout.
\--------------

Anyway, I don't really care, if it belongs to or is just informally
associated. If I do my electronics project with the tools described on
geda.seul.org and I find some bugs, then I need some place where to report.
