Hmm....good idea.   You still want them in the netlist because they keep you 
from a hard to diagnose short when you can check for them.

With bindkey functions, we could chain together "optimize rats" with a "delete 
specific rat line" function, but I don't think we have a way to select a 
specific rat line.

Do we?
