gEDA-user: Layers in PCB

Hello,

I see that the program PCB produces a number of pages of print, one for
every layer.

How do I combine several layers (i.e. pads and solder) onto a single
print out?

How do I set the board side of a layer? I am making a single sided board
and want all layers and components on the top.
