I used -dAutoRotatePages=/All now

It looks like /All worked because then ps2pdf detects the orientation
only once and then rotates all the pages to the same orientation? This is
what I'm guessing. And because my 1st page is rotated well the affected
page 13 is rotated in the same direction now:
