     Okay, so, how can I increase the clearance on all holes without
     doing each
     and every one individually?

   Select whatever you need larger clearances around, then do
   :ChangeClearSize(selected,+x,mil)
   where x is the amount of extra clearance you need (in mils) to make
   the slivers disappear.
