     Is this something that would be easy to port to?  Anyone know much
     about developing for table PCs?

   I have just looked into the android OS just a little because I got a
   new droid phone.

   The short  version is that android apps are compiled Java
   applications.  I am not sure what all that would mean for making the
   gEDA applications compile with Java.  My guess is that it would be no
   small task, but the touch user interface could be interesting.
