gEDA-user: New gnetman release

Hi.

I've added gate-level Verilog readers and writers to gnetman, and a
SPICE reader (the writer was already there).  The new release can be
downloaded from

www.viasic.com/opensource

The primary goal of gnetman seems to be shifting to facilitating
interoperability between open-source EDA tools.  In theory, we should
now be able to connect iverilog <--> gschem <--> gnucap/ltspice/tclspice
<--> confluence.
