Gtk does.

(and no, it wouldn't be trivial to implement if it didn't... the view
part is 8390 lines, another 3775 for the model, a thousand or so more
for the rendering ;))

PCB's log window in GTK works absolutely fine for me, I can do "X11"
copying by selecting, then middle clicking in a different window, or I
can select, right-click and pick "Copy" from the standard Gtk text
widget's drop-down menu.
