can you use a wire terminal symbol ... like terminal-1.sym? I'd do this,
and call it a T? ... then make whatever footprint you want. It'd be a
one-pad footprint, which PCB will gladly accept.
You could also make a symbol for it that's more explicit ... call it what
you want, and draw it like you want.
