gEDA-user: gschem rc file setup
Hi:
I've been using the Debian gEDA suite for some time and have been
working on a 1KW Power Supply. I have had no end of frustration with the
gafrc file setup. The latest is that gschem refuses to find two of my
symbols. A big red triange shows on the schematic. I've really run out
of ideas. My setup is as follows:
Debian Lenny system with linux 2.6.26-2-686
File setup -
/home/gary/gaf/PFC_1kwRegulator/<project .sch files>
/home/gary/gaf/PFC_1kwRegulator/project
/home/gary/gaf/gafrc
/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym (my personal symbol library )
/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/IR1150-1.sym (one of the missing symbols)
My project file is:
#List all the schematics to be netlisted
#and laid out on the pc board.
schematics /home/gary/gaf/PFC_1KwRegulator/PFC_1KwRegulatorP2.sch
#
#For an output-naem of foo, gsch2pcb generates files
#foo.net, foo.pcb and foo.new.pcb. If there is no
#output-name specified, the file names are derived from
#the first listed schematic, i.e. forst.net, etc.

My gafrc file is:
(component-library "/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/Diode-syms")
(component-library "/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/General-syms")
(component-library "/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/IC-syms")

(component-library "/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/Switch-syms")
(component-library "/home/gary/gaf/gschem-sym/Transistor-syms")
My gschem-sym/IC-syms/IR1150-1.sym file is:
