AHA! Found it! The one missing step was to insert the equivalent
statements in the gnetlistrc file.
Unless I really missed something on Bill's tutorial page, or I'm
linking to an old document, it probably should be emphasized in the
tutorial that any component-library directives in gschemrc should be
included in gnetlistrc as well.
