1.  Make sure you configure ngspice with teh --enable-xspice flag set.

2.  It looks like ngspice can't find the spinit file, or the spinit
file has the codemodels commented out.  Older versions of
ngspice/tclspice install spinit with the codemodel declarations
commented it out.  You need to find your spinit file and edit it.
(Spinit = spice init file).

3.  Tclspice is dead; development stopped at least a couple of years
ago.  Use the latest ngspice -- preferably from CVS -- instead.  Yes I
know my doc talks about using tclspice.   I need to update my docs.
