gEDA-user: refdes_renum and hierarchy

I just noticed that refdes_renum will modify the refdes tag on my 
in-1.sym even though --gentle is set.  If this helps, the tags are being 
modified in this fashion:

before refdes_renum:
in-1, refdes = V12AP
after:
in-1, refdes = V12
