In the context of the details of drc2's arbitrary rules, that's the  
correct designation. But there's nothing universal or even, in most  
cases, especially useful about those rules. They plainly confuse  
symbol authors.

Nothing covers all possible design errors. The trouble with drc2 is  
that it hides the genuine errors in a fog of confusion. It is  
emphatically *not* a reasonable tool for newbies.
