gEDA-user: Suggestion for PCB manual

I suggest to replace unclear labels like "Thickness" or "DrillingHole"
in the PCB user manual with different ones. For example the word
Thickness doesn't imply if if it thickness of the copper or the gap
between copper and polygon or the soldermask gap. DrillingHole doesn't
imply if it's diameter or radius of the drilling hole.

The information could be conveyed either as "DrillHoleDia" or
"DrillHoleRad", or 7.1 Basic Types could contain additional information
about meaning of the specific entry.
