It's not immediately obvious to me that this document contains the table 
of drc rules like what you're looking for.

If someone cares to cough up the $95 US and see if there is a table and 
code it into some vendor resource files though I'd be more than happy to 
add those files.

I'm already at my IPC spending limit this year (bought the footprints 
document).
