I've written in machine code before.  There are times when it's the
right thing to do, and in my official job at Red Hat Inc, I deal with
the ones and zeros of machine code ALL THE TIME.

So it's not fair to fault someone because they do it the way they do,
if their way works for them.  PCB works as a last-step as well as a
standalone board designer.
