Re: gEDA-user: FYI: new ethernet chip



Thanks for the tip.  Hopefully I won't need much current at 3.3v; all
the I/O are 5v - only the m32c, sram, and ethernet would run on the
3.3v side.

OTOH, I should be able to upgrade the 5v switcher to a dual 3.3/5v
switcher for a little more than that ($10 vs $3.50), but saving space
and efficiency, and maybe coordinating power-on better.  I'll have to
do a new current budget and see.

Of course, now the power/ground plane stuff got more confusing ;-)
