gEDA-user: PCB, nelma export needs libgd?

I have tried building PCB with jpeg, png and gif disabled.
So libgd should be not needed.

Got

Seems that libgd is needed for nelma?
I think this is not mentioned in INSTALL or ./configure --help.
Maybe it should?
