Plus a simple way to pull a working simulation from an existing graphical
representation of a circuit. Yes, the comfort of a GUI driven solution
matters. It potentially reduces the entry barrier and can dramatically
speed up turn around time. Unless anyone is eager to reinvent the wheel,
this amounts to a new feature in gschem: Add an action to export a spice
netlist of the current selection.
Currently, a potential gnucap user does not find any simulation hooks in
the gschem GUI. What is more, Gnucap is not even mentioned in the geda
simulation howto ( http://geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:csygas ).
Al, would you mind adding a gnucap section at the end of this howto?
