Edit the text by selecting it, and typing "ex". Increase the font size
number. (Edit->Edit text...) or right-click and "Edit..."
For attributes, you need "ex" or "Edit->Edit text..." since the right
click.
If the text you want to change is inside an existing symbol, you will
need to edit that symbol.
