gEDA-user: Removing vvm from Icarus Verilog, once and for all

There has been a period of many snapshots now where the
vvm target was not build unless special flags were passed
to configure. I've heard no complaints, so I'm considering
removing vvm from the build path once and for all. I am
likely to do this in the next few days.
