The price depends on the technics. For example, the width of line, the size
of via and pads. 
Their prices will have a large difference.

In the US, try www pcbexpress dot com.  Your two boards with a solder mask
on 
both sides and top side silkscreen will cost $274 total and will be turned
in 
three days.
