Re: gEDA-user: Copper-free area in footprint



Well, I plan to use my own vehicle tracking module with SIM508 - I already ordered one (it is reasonably cheap, and it has a GPS as well, however it is only GPRS capable).

Actually I want to build it into my mum's car to check her on the net, where she drives:-)))

Anyway I already made the symbol and footprint of simcard holder and I use zero with pad for keepout - well, maybe it is not nice, but safe: it is better to appear ugly than a short sim card signals.

Later on, if anyone interested in, I glad to share the design, but I think it will not be ready in a week or two.
