Ah, I see.
So the description in the wiki and in the key bindings menu needs to reflect
this. How about this:
Size of via tool +5 mil Shift+V
Size of via tool -5 mil Shift+Ctrl+V
Drill of via tool +5 mil Alt+V
Drill of via tool -5 mil Shift+Alt+V
Skipping through the menu, there are more items that might benefit from a
more verbose description.
