Can there be a really smart default for via size?
Some people may want really large vias for boards built at home, others
0.1 mm micro-vias!

OK, you may get a default value from gsch2pcb or from a fresh installed
PCB. But it should be clear that you should check and adjust it, and
maybe create defaults for you own.

And note, we have multiple route styles for PCB (4), each with its own
via settings.
